HAR §15-307-21. Purpose
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 15-307-21
The purpose of this
subchapter is to establish a procedure for the
corporation to initiate by itself or with an eligible
developer or contractor, or to enter into agreements
with eligible developers or contractors, for the
development of housing projects.
This subchapter
shall govern the development of real property and the
construction of units thereon.
