HAR §15-315-11. Program requirements

The
corporation shall follow the procedures for
implementing the program in accordance with the
requirements of the federal MCC program.
The
corporation may establish its own eligibility and
other requirements for participation in the program by
applicants for MCCs, lenders and developers to the
fullest extent allowed by the federal MCC program.
