HAR §15-317-14. Fees

The eligible borrower is responsible for
payment of all fees, premiums, and charges charged by the
corporation, mortgage lender, or nonprofit organization, in
connection with the funding of a loan under this chapter. Upon
recordation, the eligible borrower shall pay the following
program processing fees:
(1)
$500 -
$1,000 to the corporation; and
(2)
$100 -
$200 to the mortgage lender or nonprofit
organization.
The fees, premiums, and charges shall be deposited into the
housing finance revolving fund established in section 201H-80,
HRS.
