By signing the application, the eligible borrower certifies that the information provided in the application is true and correct. An eligible borrower found to have wilfully submitted false information, made misstatements, or withheld important information shall be deemed ineligible; provided that the corporation shall not waive its right to pursue any other recourse provided by law.
