HAR §15-319-33. Errors
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 15-319-33
If an error is discovered in
billing, statement, or payment, such error shall be
adjusted within sixty days of the determination
thereof.
All statements, billing, and payments shall
be final unless questioned within six months from the
date of such billing, statement, or payment.
