HAR §11-177.1-23. (g) The passing score for examinations shall be determined by the department

(h) Applicants shall be notified in writing by the department of examination results within thirty days of receipt of those results by the department. (i) The application, examination fee, and other materials shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of receipt by the department. If no action has been taken, the department shall make at least one documented attempt to contact the applicant before destroying the application.
