HAR §15-35-11. Violations

Any person who engages
in
a practice which does not comply with the requirements
of
this chapter
or exemption issued pursuant
thereto
shall
be
in violation of
this chapter and shall
be
subject
to
enforcement action by the petroleum
commissioner.
