HAR §15-36-18. Federal permit coordination

The
coordinator shall facilitate and assist an applicant
with obtaining all federal permits required in
connection with a renewable energy facility.
This
assistance includes but is not limited to consulting
with federal agencies, convening interagency working
groups, coordinating federal permitting processes, and
. providing general oversight and assistance with the
federal permitting process to facilitate the timely
review of all permit applications.
