HAR §15-4-3. Implementation of loan program
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 15-4-3
The director may make loans only after the occurrence
of a State disaster, as defined by section 209-1(1), Hawaii Revised Statutes, and only upon receiving the
governor's determination to effectuate the loan program, as provided by section 209-2, Hawaii Revised
