HAR §15-5-11. Inspection of premises and records

The department shall have the right to inspect, at
reasonable hours, the plant, physical facilities, equipment, premises, books, and records of any applicant
either in connection with the processing of a loan application or in the administration of a loan granted to
that applicant. When appropriate, the department will prescribe management counseling and will
