HAR §15-5-14. Advisory committee

The director may appoint an advisory committee of at least three and not more than seven members to advise the director on the technical aspects of the new or substantially modified products or inventions. The director shall designate the chairperson and vice- chairperson of the advisory committee and the terms that each member shall serve on the committee. [Eff.
