HAR §16-101-11. Denial of application

In the event an application for
examination and issuance of a license or for the reinstatement of an expired
license is denied, the board shall notify the applicant by letter of the board’s
action informing the applicant of the right to a hearing if so desired. [Eff 7/28/67;
