HAR §16-101-34. Annual report
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-101-34
On or before December 31 of each year, every
professional corporation shall file an annual report, in a form provided by the
board, giving the name and address of the corporation, the names and addresses
of the corporation officers, directors, shareholders, and employees who will render
professional services.
