HAR §16-101-5. Validation of education

An applicant who is a graduate of a college of veterinary medicine accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) shall submit with the application a photostat or certified 101-3 copy of the diploma or certificate of graduation from the college. An applicant who is a graduate of a foreign college of veterinary medicine, other than a college of veterinary medicine accredited by the AVMA, shall submit with the application proof of having successfully completed the requirements established by the AVMA, Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG).
