HAR §16-104-33. Escrow terms

(a) All funds and instruments received from
purchasers or prospective purchasers shall be held by the escrow agent in
accordance with chapter 484, HRS, and this chapter.
(b)
The agreement shall comply with the requirements of chapter 484,
