HAR §16-108-3. Fees
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-108-3
(a) Every application for an employment agency or
principal agent license, employment consultant examination, renewal of a license,
or restoration of a license shall be accompanied by the appropriate fees as
provided in chapter 16-52 by the director.
(b)
License and examination fees shall not be refundable. [Eff 8/20/81;
