HAR §16-108-8. Renewal applications

(a) All licensees shall complete and file with the director a renewal application with the required fees by June 30 of each even-numbered year. If mailed, the postmark will be considered the date of filing. If a complete renewal application is not filed on or before June 30 of the even-numbered year, the license shall be automatically forfeited as of June 30 of that even-numbered year. (b) The director or the director’s authorized representative may refuse to renew the license if the agency does not maintain a bond in full force and effect, or if the agency does not have in its employ, a principal agent holding a current and active license.
