HAR §16-113-41. Proceedings on demand for hearing

If a demand for hearing
is filed within the time prescribed, the director shall order a hearing upon notice,
which shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 91, HRS,
and chapter 16-201, HAR, relating to contested cases. [Eff 1/13/94] (Auth: HRS
