HAR §16-114-108. Revoked license or certificate
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-114-108
Upon the expiration of at
least five years from the effective date of the revocation of the license or
certificate, a person may apply for a new license or certificate by filing an
application and complying with all current requirements for new applicants.
