HAR §16-115-13. Demand for hearing

Any person whose application for a license or whose application for the reinstatement of a license has been denied by 115-12 16-115-22 the board shall be entitled to a hearing after notice, provided that the demand for a hearing is filed with the board within sixty days of the date of mailing of the letter informing the applicant of the denial of applicant's application.
