3-4 Copies of developer's public reports. Within thirty days of the issuance of an effective date for a developer's public report, amendment, or amended developer's public report, the developer shall provide the commission with copies of the public report, amendment, or amended public report at no charge. (a) A bulk sale includes the sale or transfer in bulk of all or a portion of the developer's entire inventory to a purchaser who is a developer with a transfer, assignment, or conveyance of any or all the developer's reserved rights to change, alter, or modify the condominium property regime or project.
