HAR §16-119.3-9. Metes and bounds description
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-119.3-9
Limited common element areas with no visible
demarcations, physical boundaries, or permanent or
structural monuments, including roads, walls, fences,
and parking stall striping shall be described in the
condominium map by metes and bounds or clear,
measured, dimensioned boundaries.
