(a) To register a condominium property regime or project, a developer shall complete and submit a registration application on a commission prescribed form, which form the commission may amend, including the documents and information concerning the condominium property regime or project as required by sections 514B-54, 514B-83, and 514B-84, HRS, and as otherwise required by chapter 119.4-1
