HAR §11-185-30. Public hearing

At any public hearing held by the agency, any
person shall have the rightto present oral orwritten arguments and evidence relevant to the
matterwhich is the subject ofthe hearing. Any person may conduct reasonable questioning of
persons who make factual allegations relevant to the matterwhich is the subject ofthehearing.
