HAR §16-131-28. Maximum rates and charges

The rates, charges, and terms of
service submitted and approved by the director to the extent permissible under law,
shall be maximum rates and terms which may be charged for cable communications
service. The cable operators may offer nondiscriminatory lower rates. [Eff
