HAR §16-131-46. Report on complaints
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-131-46
Annually, on or before March 31, each
cable operator shall file with the director a report compiling categorized complaints
from subscribers, potential subscribers, and the public, together with a report on
the resolution and the means for prevention of similar complaints. [Eff 6/22/81;
