HAR §16-131-48. Report on production and programming activities

Annually,
on or before January 31, each cable operator shall file with the director a report on:
(1)
All production and programming activities undertaken by it during
the preceding calendar year;
(2)
Production and programming activities contemplated for the year
beginning January 1;
(3)
All access channel utilization for the preceding year; and
(4)
Anticipated use of access channels for the year beginning on
