HAR §16-171-101. Definitions

As used in this chapter: "Commissioner" means the insurance commissioner. "Enrollee" means a person covered for health insurance by the insurer. "Insured" means a person covered for insurance by the insurer. "Insurer" means a person defined as an insurer pursuant to section 431:1-202, Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS"). §16-171-101 171-5 "Managed care plan" means a health plan defined as a managed care plan pursuant to section 431:14G- 102, HRS.
