HAR §16-186-105. Severability clause

If any provision of these regulations, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such determination shall not affect other provisions or applications of these regulations which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of these regulations are severable." [Eff 12/30/19] (Auth: HRS §§431:2-201, 431:3G-104) (Imp: HRS §§431:1-202, 431:2-101, 431:3G-109) Chapter 16-186, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary page dated August 27, 2019, was adopted on August 27, 2019, following a public hearing held on this same date, after public notice was given in The Honolulu Star-Advertiser on July 25, 2019.
