The rules in this chapter govern the submission of information by health care providers doing business in the State to the state health planning and development agency. The rules in this chapter are adopted by the State pursuant to chapter 323D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to carry out the provisions of chapter 323D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to information required of health care providers.
