HAR §16-23-78. Allowances to servicing entities

Servicing entities shall be reimbursed for their servicing expenses. The commissioner shall establish the fees for reimbursement of the servicing entity’s administrative and loss adjustment expenses associated with its handling of certified public assistance insured and non-certified public assistance insured business on new business after June 2022, after consultation with the joint underwriting plan board of governors. The fee schedule approved by the commissioner will define any direct reimbursement of operating costs to the servicing entity for both administrative and claims handling responsibilities.
