HAR §16-23-88. Auditing of members

The commissioner may audit the records of any member relating to the joint underwriting plan and may prescribe policies, and the keeping of records, books of account, documents, and related material that the commissioner deems necessary to carry out joint underwriting plan functions. This material shall be provided by the members in the form and with the frequency required by the commissioner.
