HAR §16-25-7. General procedures

Any person desiring to obtain the approval of the commissioner shall: 25-4 §16-25-8 (1) File an application in the form prescribed by this chapter; (2) File the appropriate application fee, if any; and (3) Provide public notice of the filing of the application, as prescribed by this chapter.
