5 Marriage and family therapists. The fees for marriage and
family therapists shall be as provided in this section:

agreement between the department and a professional testing service

Triennial renewal fee

Inactive fee and reactivation fee

Restoration fee for failure to renew license shall be $100, in addition
to the triennial renewal fee in paragraph (5)
