The fees for the board of naturopathic medicine shall be as provided in this section: (1) Application fees: (A) Naturopath license $ 25 (B) Special privilege to administer parenteral therapy $ 25 (C) Course provider for qualifying education course on parenteral therapy $ 25 (D) Special privilege to perform minor office procedures $ 25 (2) Original license fee $ 95 (3) Examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the board and a professional testing service (4) License fees: (A) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) $ 285 (B) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) $ 95 (5) Biennial renewal fee $ 380 (6) Inactive fee and reactivation fee $ 12 (7) Restoration fee of naturopath license shall be the penalty fee of $75, in addition to all delinquent fees.
