HAR §16-53-34. Private detectives and guards

The fees for the board of private
detectives and guards shall be as provided in this section:

Detective, guard, detective agency, or guard

Examination and other examination related fees for detective or
guard shall be the amount of $50; provided that if the board enters
into an agreement with a professional testing service, the
examination and other examination related fees shall be as
determined by agreement between the board and the professional
testing service
