[R 11/25/88]" 53-62 Amendments to and compilation of chapter 16-53, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary page dated July 6, 2016, were adopted on July 6, 2016, following a public hearing held on July 6, 2016, after public notices were given in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, The Garden Island, Hawaii Tribune-Herald, West Hawaii Today, and The Maui News on June 6, 2016.
