HAR §16-72-52. Office

When acupuncture is conducted in a building used for
residential purposes, a room or rooms shall be set apart as an office for the practice and
shall be used solely for this purpose. It shall be equipped with a washroom and toilet
facilities. An acupuncture office may be inspected at any time during normal business
hours by the board or any authorized employee of the department of commerce and
