HAR §16-74-1. Purpose
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-1
These rules, adopted by the boxing commission,
hereafter referred to as "commission", are intended to clarify and implement
chapter 440 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, to the end that the provisions
thereunder may be best effectuated and the public interest most effectively served.
