HAR §16-74-109. Chief official
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-109
The chief official of contests shall be the
referee who shall have general supervision over bouts and shall take his position
in the ring. No person other than the contestants and the referee may enter the
ring during the process of a round.
