HAR §16-74-114. Instructions
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-114
The referee shall call contestants together before
each bout for final instructions, at which time each contestant shall be
accompanied by his chief second only. The principals, after receiving instruction,
shall shake hands and retire to their corners. They shall not again shake hands
