HAR §16-74-128. Wipe gloves

Before a boxer resumes boxing after having been knocked down or having fallen or slipped to the floor, the referee shall wipe any accumulated resin from the boxer’s gloves with a damp towel or on his shirt. [Eff 10/2/81; comp 10/5/91] (Auth: HRS §440-6) (Imp: HRS §440-19)
