HAR §16-74-147. Minor fouls

In cases of minor fouls, such as hitting or
flicking with the open glove and clinching or wrestling an opponent after
sufficient warning has been given, the referee will punish persistent disregard of
the rule with the loss of points and may recommend a fine or disqualify the
