HAR §16-74-186. Definition
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-186
For the purpose of these rules, the terms "club"
or "promoter" are used synonymously to designate and mean any person, club,
corporation, organization or association licensed to conduct boxing matches or
exhibitions.
