HAR §16-74-194. Order and decorum
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-194
Clubs will be held responsible for
maintaining order.
Any person who is intoxicated, abusive or disorderly in
conduct, may be ejected. Clubs must supply adequate police protection so that
order may be maintained and all laws and regulations enforced.
