HAR §16-74-205. Secret agreements
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-205
Copies of all boxing contracts must be
filed with the commission. The making of secret agreements contrary to the terms
of the contracts so filed is prohibited under penalty of suspension of fine of all
