HAR §16-74-22. Cleanliness and physical condition

All boxers, presenting
themselves for physical examinations, weigh-ins, or appearances in the ring, shall
be clean shaven and have cleanliness, both in body hygiene and state of clothing.
No boxer shall present himself for physical examination, weigh-in, appearance in
ring, who is obviously not in good physical condition. Failure to conform strictly
to these requirements shall be grounds for denial of license or revocation of
