HAR §16-74-221. Conflict of interest
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-221
No officer, employee or stockholder of
any corporation, club or association holding a promoter’s license, shall officiate
in any capacity at any contest or exhibition, or interfere in any way with the
contestants. No promoter or his agent may be financially interested in a fighter
