HAR §16-74-229. Definition

A matchmaker shall be considered an agent or
employee of a promoter or club whose duty it is to arrange matches between
licensed boxers for any boxing contest. A promoter may be his own matchmaker,
in which case he need not hold a matchmaker’s license. [Eff 10/2/81; am and
