HAR §16-74-27. Substitute boxer
Cite as Haw. Code R. § 16-74-27
If a substitute boxer who is requested to
appear at any club for any show is not used, he shall be used on the next
succeeding show staged by the club, or shall be reimbursed by the club for
training expenses, as contractually agreed upon.
